Local 9-Year Old Author Book Signing

Meet 9-Year old local author, Celeste Catena, who will be signing copies of her debut novel, "Undefeated" at Bookland Bookstore, 100-3400 30th Ave., Vernon on Saturday, March 27th from 11:00AM to 1:00PM.

"Undefeated" is about a young girl, Tyneisha, who has to overcome adversity, obstacles, challenges and loss. Her nemesis, Abigail, goads Tyneisha at every opportunity, but Tyneisha stays true to herself and rises above the adversity.

Celeste is excited to share her book and her incredible journey with others.

As an avid speller and voracious reader this talented "wordsmith" is a much sought after keynote speaker at elementary schools, sharing her message of self-belief and aspiring students to embrace a "Can Do" attitude. Celeste is passionate about inspiring her peers to stay authentic to their goals, beliefs and dreams; hoping to empower them to achieve the full potential that is hidden within.
